What this page does
Wazzi has four optional Centers products — vertical-specific feature bundles you opt into based on what your business does:
- Operations Center — daily operations workflows, work orders, scheduling.
- Knowledge Base — your KB portal (always free; usually pre-enabled).
- Agent Center — AI agent management, conversation routing.
- Portfolio Center — owner & property management (vacation rentals, real estate, etc.).
Enabling a Center reveals its management page in the sidebar (e.g., enabling Portfolio Center adds a Portfolio entry under Centers) and unlocks its data sources on the Data Sources page.
When to enable each Center
| Center | Enable if your team... |
|---|---|
| Operations Center | Manages physical operations (housekeeping, maintenance, vendor dispatch, scheduling). |
| Knowledge Base | Wants a public help center, internal docs portal, or AI-searchable knowledge. (Default: on.) |
| Agent Center | Runs customer-facing AI agents (booking, support, lead qualification) and needs orchestration. |
| Portfolio Center | Manages a portfolio of properties / locations on behalf of owners (vacation rentals, real estate, etc.). |
You can enable / disable Centers at any time. Disabling a Center hides its sidebar entries and data source rows but doesn't delete underlying data — re-enabling restores the previous state.
Steps
1. Click Centers → Products in the sidebar.
You'll see the product cards with their current state:
Each row shows:
- Name + Description — what the product does.
- Status badge: Disabled, Included (free with the plan), or Active.
- An Enabled toggle.
A banner at the top reminds you that the maximum number of Centers products you can enable is set by your Wazzi Administrator. See Organization Settings for the contact email.
Why a max? Each enabled Center has compute, storage, and integration costs that vary by plan tier. If you're on a Starter plan you might be limited to 1 active Center; Growth plans typically allow 2; Enterprise typically uncaps it.
2. Toggle a product on.
The toggle flips to active and the new Center's management entries appear in the sidebar. Visit the new Center's page from the sidebar entry that just appeared.
Disabling a Center
Toggle the row off. You'll be asked to confirm. Disabling:
- Hides the Center's sidebar entries and removes its data source rows.
- Stops scheduled syncs for that Center's data categories.
- Does not delete data already synced — re-enabling restores access.
- Clears any permissions specific to that Center (you'll need to re-grant them on re-enable).
Troubleshooting
- The toggle is greyed out. You're at your plan's max-enabled limit. Either disable a different Center or contact your Wazzi administrator to bump the limit.
- I enabled a Center but its sidebar entry didn't appear. Refresh the page — the sidebar caches for the duration of a session.
- The Center is "Included" but won't enable. Rare — usually means an upstream account flag is off. Contact your Wazzi administrator.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see usage per Center?
Yes — see your billing dashboard for usage breakdowns by metered dimension.
If I disable Knowledge Base, do my articles get deleted?
No. Articles, portals, and theme settings are preserved. Re-enabling restores everything.
How does enabling a Center affect billing?
Depends on your plan. Most Starter plans bundle 1 Center for free; additional Centers are usage-priced. Talk to your account rep before enabling something on a metered plan.
What's next
- Once a Center is enabled, it surfaces categories on the Data Sources page — wire connectors to those categories: Configuring Data Sources.
